As Communications Liaison,
Terri will greatly enhance our Parish’s effort to promote
the community and activities
of Our Lady of the
and
our neighbors, and benefit the activities and programs sponsored by our Parish.
è Terri will have available the
contacts and methods about various newspapers, TV
and
radio stations in order to get the publicity in on time to the right media.
è Will maintain a list of
newspapers, magazines, radio and television stations
with
contacts and schedules for submission of articles and notices.
è She will advise
organizations on timeliness and the best communication alternatives.
è Terri will arrange for appropriate publicity
in local and state related newspapers,
when requested.
è Terri will serve as a
communications resource for all parish organizations and activities.
